Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Game Day — Pre-game

  • Pre-game meeting with Director of Fan Engagement to review game day duties, responsibilities and goals for the home game
  • Prepare and set up the fan information table with all marketing materials
  • Sign up participants for all on field games and activities while clearly explaining the expectations of the game they sign up for
  • Act as a customer service representative for guests
  • Assist with video board operation set up and clipping/cutting audio for players/stadium
  • Assist with the distribution of promotional giveaway/marketing materials as needed

Game Day — In-Game

  • Help answer fan questions if necessary
  • Act as the in-game host on occasion
  • Assist with celebrity guest appearances, VIPs, National Anthem groups/performances
  • Execute the on-field games and make sure fans are entering/exiting promptly
  • Enhancing the stadium’s atmosphere by helping with cameras and audio
  • Assisting in others areas in the Media Center as needed
  • Help with stadium cameras and keeping up with the pace of play

Game Day — Post-Game

  • Post-game staff wrap up meeting to review current game performance and analyze ways to enhance our overall fan experience for future games
  • Coordinate, implement and execute post-game promotional events
  • Help with player interviews on the field if needed

Non Game Days

  • Plan and prepare for future games
  • Assist in mascot/player appearances in the community and throughout the Metro
  • Assist with the set up and the tear down of marketing tables in the community and throughout the Metro
  • Assist the marketing team by discussing, preparing, and posting upcoming events/promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service
