Duties include but are not limited to: 

· Assist with set up and cleanup of all hospitality areas, Legends Club, and suites.

· Manage and supervise hospitality areas to ensure excellent guest experiences.

· Work with food and beverage management to ensure food orders are placed and executed for hospitality groups and suites.

· Communicate effectively with guests and make sure all needs are met.

· Ensure VIP area guests are engaged, entertained and comfortable at all times

· Take inventory of merchandise in team store prior to opening gates.

· Retail space set up, cleaning and stocking items when needed.

· Cash handling and card transactions for store purchases.

· Inventory reports per homestands completed after games.

· Assist with sales and promotional campaigns to help market store and merchandise.

· Order fulfillment from online store purchases.
