Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Game Day — Pre-game

  • Pre-game meeting to review game day duties and responsibilities and analyzing ways to enhance our overall fan experience
  • Prepare all group areas by setting up everything where it looks clean, collected, and put together.
  • Assist with taking ticket orders at the Box Office
  • Help with scanning/checking tickets as people enter the gates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Game Day — In-Game

  • Secure all group areas and continually check with fans to make sure they’re doing okay
  • Help with fan related ticket questions
  • Assist as needed in the Box Office
  • Fulfill all guest requests in group areas

Game Day — Post-Game

  • Post-game staff wrap up meeting to review current game performance and analyze ways to enhance our overall fan experience for future games
  • Go over future games as it relates to tickets sold
  • Help tear down group areas and clean up once fans leave the area

Non-Game Days

  • Plan and prepare for future games
  • Assist in mascot/player appearances in the community and throughout the Metro
  • Assist with non-Monarchs related events that occur at Legends Field if needed
  • Taking ticket orders (in person & via phone), interact with guests, problem solve, work sales office, will call window and the Legends Club Entrance
  • Calling potential guests to Legends Field
  • Answering incoming calls
  • All other duties as assigned
